Couple up... let's beatbox TOGETHER! In this LIBBX Workshop we'll discuss the essential skills and drills for any beatboxer looking to improve their tag team beatboxing. Inclusive to all levels, from beginner to pro. Together we will learn Tag Team Beatbox Philosophy, including: - How to approach tag team beatbox musically - Different roles for each team member - Playing to each other's strengths - Writing routines with a partner - Freestyling with another beatboxer You'll walk away with practical exercises you can continue to practice and all the tools needed to progress in your tag team beatbox journey. $18 in advance, $20 at the door. TOP 16 SOLO BEATBOX BATTLE - Witness the greatest beatboxers battle for the grand prize in a series of high-intensity 1v1 matchups that will leave you speachless. Anyone can join the competition through our online wildcard contest or the in-person elimination round.
SUPER SMASH BROS: ULTIMATE TOURNAMENT - Do you have what it takes? Join our tournament for cash prizes, a trophy, and glory. Prove you are the New York SSB Champion. Anyone can join!

WHAT TO EXPECT - The New York Beatbox Championship is a full-day experience, jam-packed with exciting performances from world class beatboxers and musicians. Alongside the music, take advantage of the expansive video games lounge with PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch consoles to play games such as Super Smash Bros, Fortnite, Rocket League or whatever you'd like! The event will simultaneously run a beatbox battle and a Super Smash Bros tournament - Anyone is allowed to participate in either, both, or neither (it's also very fun to watch)!
The event is ALL AGES. Those under 16 must attend with a parent/guardian.
